We like to be as open and as direct as we can with all our clients. So we want to explain how our process starts from the time you make contact with us. If we dont answer all the questions here feel free to ask us by calling or emailing. This is a general process timeline of how we would typically work together. It might be slightly different depending on your needs but this should give you a very good idea.

You can also use our contact form page here. From there we gather some basic information, like wedding date, availability, budgets, etc. We will then set you up with an appointment to meet with us, if you cant meet with us, we can come to you or we can have some conversation over the phone. There we can help you build a timeline for your wedding day and that will help us figure out what packages will fit for you.
Ok, we’ve booked a meeting with you. Is there anything I need to do?
You might want to have some questions ready for us or for any photographer you’d be interested in selecting. Dont be shy about it, if theres something particular you’re looking for just ask!
Typical questions asked are,
What type of style do you shoot?
What kind of equipment do you use?
Are there overtime charges?
Do I get all my pictures/files?
How do I view my pictures after the wedding?
How do we book you?
Once you’ve narrowed that down, and you know what package that will work for you then we move to the next step.
We found a package and we want to book! Whats next?
So the next steps here is we will get you a contract with all the details outlined (wedding date, times, package, etc). Once signed a deposit is required to secure the date.
Ok signed and I just gave a deposit. So thats it? You’re going to show up on that date? What else do you need to know?
It doesnt quite end there. Depending on your package, we might have other things to get in contact you with. Engagement photos being one, and if you have a slideshow in your package that might be another. We’ll have to see what open dates we have to accomodate this.
Alright, I’ve booked an engagement session date, and taken care of everything else.
Great, then at that point you should have all the information you need to view your engagement photos and proof them and or slideshow. The next time we’ll meet likely is your wedding day. We’ll be in contact weeks before hand to get the address and scout the location if we have never shot there before. This will help us figure out what surroundings we have and also help us figure out how to get there.
Ok we’re married.. now wheres our pictures?
Proofs for pictures take up to a week to process and get out to you. They will be put in our secured website location for you to view. These are typically non retouched proofs, it is generally not recommended for sending out to your family and friends but you can if you want. From there you can select the photos you want retouched by adding them to the cart and checking out.
We’ve selected our proofs, how do I view them online?
Once proof selection is done, we take 2-4 weeks to work on your photos. All photos are color and exposure corrected. We then put together an online gallery of your photos which you can send out to your friends. Our photo ordering system will allow you to order prints and have them shipped directly to you as well.
So I had an album with my package.. When do I get it?
So if you are done proofing your pictures, thats great. We will start retouching those photos which takes 2-4 weeks (depending on how many) and then designing your album. Album design takes about 2-3 weeks. The final is sent to you for your approval and then we go into change processes. Once its ordered, delivery of the album can take up to 2 weeks. So from the end of your wedding, it could take from 2-6 weeks depending on your package to recieve your final pictures and album. If you like additional albums you can contact us for a quote.
